CJ McIntyre has been a staple in Hudson Valley radio for 30+ years starting his radio journey in 1993 doing the night show on B-94. He’s made radio stops in Long Island, NY and in Philadelphia, PA but has spent most of his career on stations in the Hudson Valley. After hosting one of the top-rated morning shows in "pop" radio, CJ now hosts the top-rated country radio show Wakin' Up with CJ and Jess and has been doing so for the last 10+ years. Putting on a fun, energetic REAL radio show has always been CJ's passion and you can hear anytime you listen to his show. The last few years have given him a chance to become one of the many Townsquare Media’s go to sources for what’s going in the Hudson Valley. He’s a divorced dad of 4 who oddly enough loves going to weddings. He loves sports including the New York Mets in Baseball and the Dallas Cowboys in the NFL. CJ currently lives in Poughkeepsie with his dog Smalls and can often be found on the sidelines at either of his two youngest kids’ soccer, basketball or football games.
